

GETTING AROUND
MAIN BUILDING – PAVILLON A
(Ice-breaker, workshops, technical sessions, lunch, breakfast)
ÉTS is located at 1100 Notre Dame West. Pavillon A where the technical sessions are held sits at the corner of Notre Dame and Peel, and features a massive ETS logo on the building.​

​The main doors lead you to a set of stairs. The Sunday Night Ice breaker reception will take place on the ground floor behind these stairs. A registration desk will be staged to the left of the stairs on Sunday evening. Workshops and technical sessions take place on the first floor. Lunches are served in the main hall on the ground floor (same location as the Ice Breaker).

​Keynotes will take place in the A1600 auditorium next to the exhibit hall. The primary registration desk will be staged at the entrance of the exhibit hall. You may check in any time on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday to receive your name tag. You will need your name tag to attend the Ice-Breaker and Monday Night Reception.

PAVILLON B – YP Event
The Young Professionals event will take place in Pavillon B, which is across the street from Pavillon A. The two buildings are connected by a tunnel located right behind the Ice-Breaker hall. The YP event starts at 8 pm.
THE TIME GROUPE – Monday Night Reception

The Monday night special reception will take place at the Time Groupe. The covered terrace will open at 16:30. The main doors will open at 18:00.​​​​​​​​​​​​​
