We are excited to announce that registration for the RockEng2025 Symposium is now open! Take advantage of our Early Bird rates available until April 30. Registration includes access to the ice-breaker reception on Sunday, August 17th, and the special evening reception on Monday, August 18th. Additional tickets for the Monday night reception can be bought through the registration link below.

WORKSHOP REGISTRATION

Please note: All workshops take place on Sunday, August 17th, at the primary conference venue. Workshops may be cancelled (and refunded) if insufficient number of participants register.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Student Registration: Students may be required to present via email proof of student status. Failure to comply will result in voided registration.

• Registration Deadline: Due to space limitations, registration will only be available via the above links until July 25th and will not be available at the door. For any last-minute inquiries, please reach out to jonathan.aubertin@etsmtl.ca.

• Mandatory Fees: All speakers, poster presenters, co-authors, and other attendees are required to pay the registration fee.

• Inclusions: Regular and student registrations include full access to the technical program, lunch, coffee breaks, the Sunday night Ice-Breaker and the Monday Night special evening reception.

• Symposium Proceedings: Digital copies of the proceedings will be made available after the symposium on the CARMA website.​
